▲ Hyundai E&C’s 2025 corporate public relations film, The Future Starts Here, containing its forward growth strategy, garners interest
▲ Portrays the future changes envisioned by Hyundai E&C's major achievements and proprietary technologies through immersive 3D graphics

As Hyundai E&C was unveiling its future strategy to become a global innovation leader through its CEO Investor Day event, its new corporate public relations film, which captures its future vision, including core new businesses and technologies, was also drawing significant attention.
Hyundai E&C recently released a new promotional video, The Future Starts Here, on its official YouTube channel. This clip, with a runtime of about 3 minutes and 30 seconds, is characterized by its setting within a smart city in the near future. In this new world, people of all ages enjoy lifestyles that have been completely transformed, thereby bringing the future closer to the present and making it more relatable.
If the 2019 Hyundai E&C corporate promotional film, Out of Frame, dynamically showcased Hyundai E&C's global achievements based on the company's spirit of seeking out challenges and novel forms of creative thinking, this new film, The Future Starts Here, is unique in its steadfast depiction of Hyundai E&C's efforts and desire to build a better future, and its identity as a Total Solutions Provider that anticipates changes and leads the entire industry.
Particularly noteworthy is how the envisioned future is not presented as something alien, akin to a sci-fi film, but is seamlessly woven into a seemingly present-day landscape. Starting with Hyundai Motor Group's autonomous mobility vehicle navigating over the Han River Bridge, itself one of Hyundai E&C's representative masterpieces, the clip skillfully showcases the company's proprietary advanced technologies and key ongoing projects. These include ▲construction robots navigating a building site, ▲the All-Life-Care House, which completely absorbs noise from other floors in the same apartment building and monitors residents' sleep patterns and vital signs, ▲next-generation energy sources like SMR, hydrogen, offshore wind, and solar power, developed with the environment in mind, and ▲the data centers and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) infrastructure that make everyday life more convenient. The new video is being praised for its seamless depiction of the unique strengths of Hyundai E&C in leading innovation.
A Hyundai E&C official stated, “While previous public relations films showcased our construction capabilities centered on the company's project sites, with this new clip, we wanted to also convey our capacity as a leading company driving paradigm shifts and the Hyundai Motor Group's vision of contributing to a more sustainable world for humanity.” The official added, “To express the future more realistically, we focused on maximizing the sense of space and reality through techniques like matte painting (a technique where paintings are inserted as backgrounds in live-action photos or videos) and immersive 3D graphical rendering.”
In addition to the corporate promotional film The Future Starts Here, Hyundai E&C also uploaded a five-part series, The Specialist, which introduces the core competencies of each business division—Civil Engineering, Architecture, Housing, Plants, and New Energy—to provide a more detailed look at its updated business portfolio and project track record.
