Hyundai E&C's visionary future residential model and innovative designs applied to shared housing complexes have garnered international recognition, earning prestigious awards at a globally renowned design competition.

Hyundai E&C proudly announced that it was awarded 'Gold Winner' in the Space/Architecture category of the Asia Design Prize 2025 for THE H All Life Care House. Additionally, six other projects, encompassing a wayfinding system, tea house, upcycled landscape elements, and a playground, were recognized as 'Winners'.

The Asia Design Prize stands as Asia's most prestigious design award, attracting participation from over 1,600 designers across 25 countries worldwide. Esteemed design experts meticulously select the most outstanding designs annually through an impartial judging process.

THE H All Life Care House, acclaimed as a 'Gold Winner,' represents a forward-looking residential concept envisioned by Hyundai E&C. It promotes a lifestyle espousing health and sustainability through the seamless integration of K-design and wellness technology. The design maximizes spatial flexibility with inventive solutions like pocket terraces inspired by hanok (traditional Korean houses) and adaptable furnishings. Its innovative approach was further acknowledged through the incorporation of AI-powered personalized healthcare solutions and car-to-home services. Hyundai E&C stands as the sole Korean construction company to achieve the 'Gold Winner' distinction, an honor only bestowed upon the top 3% of all submissions.

In addition, the universally designed wayfinding system Here & Somewhere, facilitating efficient navigation within underground parking areas, and the landscape feature Beauty Upcycling Pergola, crafted from recycled cosmetic containers, along with a tea house and children's play structures for residents, were all designated as 'Winner' award recipients. This remarkable achievement marks a total of six awards across diverse categories.

This latest recognition marks Hyundai E&C's fourth consecutive year of being honored at the Asia Design Prize. Beyond this, the company has secured numerous accolades at the world's three most prestigious design awards – IDEA, iF, and the Red Dot Design Awards – and was the first Korean construction firm to be featured in Good Design USA.
