The Redevelopment Project in Incheon's Bugae District 5

Hyundai E&C’S consortium has secured this year's largest redevelopment project in Incheon. The complex, named 'Heritage Bupyeong', is scheduled to have a total of 20 apartments with 3rd basement levels up to 29 stories above ground, a total of 2013 units. The skyline of ‘Heritage Bupyeong’ encapsulates the graceful ridgeline of Bugae Mountain. There is a sky community such as sky lounges, party rooms, and rooftop gardens, where residents will be able to enjoy panoramic views.

The Redevelopment Project in Doma and Byeondong District 16 in Daejeon  

Hyundai E&C will also construct 'Hillstate Doma Central' in Daejeon. This project consists of 11 apartments, each 38 story high. Beyond the colossal 240m wide gateway, residents will be greeted by a facade shaped to resemble the ridgeline of Dosolsan Mountain. With a duplex sky community allowing for views  from a height of 100m, along with a central square triple the size of a soccer field and 20 gardens, residents will have ample opportunities to immerse themselves in natural spaces within the complex.
