Awarded Garak Samick Apt. Redevelopment Project in Songpa-gu

Hyundai E&C has secured the redevelopment project for the Garak Samick Apt. in Songpa-gu, Seoul, with an estimated scale of approx. 634.1 billion won. 

The project will expand from its current 936 units to 16 apartments, each story 30 high, total 1,531 units. In an effort to establish it as a residential landmark in Songpa-gu, Hyundai E&C collaborated with Arcadis, a globally renowned architectural firm known for overseeing projects such as  the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and artist Anthony Browne. They proposed the 'THE H Songpa Centermark' brand including a sky community offering views of Namhansanseong Fortress and urban landscapes, alongside various amenities aimed at enhancing the residential experience and value within the complex.
