PM Contract for Eterno Apgujeong Project

Hyundai E&C has secured the project management (PM) services contract, Eterno Apgujeong. Following Eterno Cheongdam, this project is also designed by the world-renowned Spanish architect, Rafael Moneo. The building will feature B6-15 stories, incorporating various designs and structures(standard, duplexes, penthouses type etc.) for each unit. Each unit will have an independent outdoor space, such as a terrace or private garden, creating a more nature-friendly living environment.

***Eterno Cheongdam: The First in the Eterno Series

Rafael Moneo, who won the Pritzker Prize, often referred to as the "Nobel Prize of Architecture," made his Asian debut with Eterno Cheongdam. The name "Eterno," which means "eternal" in Spanish, reflects Moneo's architectural philosophy of pursuing the enduring relationship between the city and the building. The facade, highlighted by vertical columns and horizontal lines in the golden ratio, achieves geometric beauty and harmonizes the architecture with the Han River scenery.
