Can't talk "Singapore" without Hyundai E&C! Since starting the "Pulau Tekong Reclamation Project" in 1980, Hyundai E&C has performed various projects in Singapore. 

Over the past 40 years, Hyundai E&C have successfully reclaimed land, equivalent to 6% of Singapore's territory, not only undertaking infrastructure and construction projects but also contributing to Singapore's vision of a green city with their participation in building an eco-town in Punggol, aligning with the recent vision of 'City in Nature'.

Changi Airport / Completed in 1990  The Hub of Southeast Asia With the worlds largest indoor man-made waterfall, garden, and shopping mall, theres plenty to see and do at Changi Airport. Built by Hyundai E&C, Changi Airport Terminal 2 opened in 1990 and is connected to the citys MRT for added convenience for travelers. The Jewel Changi Airport, located between Terminals 2-3, features Rain Vortex, a 40-meter-high man-made waterfall. Dont forget to check out the gardens with different themes at each terminal before you depart.

Marina One Tower / Completed 2017 Green Heart of the City The towers striking design stands out in Marina Bay, Singapores iconic tourist destination. Fluid louvers in the shape of a human heart start at the lower floors, resembling waves when seen from above. The floor plan is different for each floor, and Hyundai E&C applied a column-free construction method to improve spatial efficiency.

Marina Bay Nightscape Embroidered with Lights Home to some of Singapores most luxurious hotels and shopping malls, Marina Bay is a must-see tourist destination! With nautical leisure by day and laser shows by night, its a fantastic urban getaway.  Marina Bay is home to the headquarters and offices of many global companies, creating a dense forest of buildings. In the evening, it becomes the backdrop for a colorful city night view, so if youre staying at a hotel near Marina Bay, be sure to look out your window. Check point Starting with the construction of the Marina Center in 1982, Hyundai E&C has constructed various office buildings in Marina Bay, creating a hub for its Asian network. Among others, Asia Square Towers 1 and 2, completed in the 2010s, are Singapores leading financial center, housing branches of international banks and global consulting firms.

Completed in 1991 Suntec City: A City within a City It is mega-complex consisting of offices, a convention center, hotel, and more. The unique structure looks like one giant hand from a distance. In the center of the rounded buildings is the Fountain of Wealth, the worlds largest fountain. Hyundai E&C, which mastered both the scale and design of Suntec City, was given the Excellence Award at the BCA Construction Awards organized by the Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in 1997.

Frasers Tower / Completed in 2018 Perfecting the Cecil Street Skyline Hyundai E&C completed this 38-story green office building in 38 months. The building has various types of gardens, including The Park at the main entrance and Roof Garden on the upper floors, providing a refreshing place to relax in the heart of the urban center. South Beach Tower / Completed in 2017 Urban Oasis South Beach Tower, another Hyundai E&C masterpiece located in Marina Bay, is a green eco-tower. The tower has a beautiful canopy in the shape of golden waves, a scientific structure that protects against rain and direct sunlight and allows air to circulate through the gaps.

(Specialist Center) Orchardgateway / Completed in 2013 A Mecca for Shoppers This complex is located on Orchard Road, Singapores main shopping street. Built by Hyundai E&C, Orchardgateway is home to shopping malls, restaurants, and movie theaters, making it an ideal place for leisure. It is also connected to Somerset MRT station, making it easily accessible for travelers. Check Point Orchardgateway is a sustainable architecture! It has an air purification system as well as a parking guidance system that reduces emissions. Most importantly, the building utilizes biogas produced from food waste to generate electricity for internal use. The buildings energy efficiency has earned it the highest level BCA Green Mark Platinum certification.

Punggol Regional Sports Center Healthy Eco-town The last stop on our tour is Punggol, located in the northeast of Singapore. Planned as a sustainable smart city, it is focused on building an eco-town that utilizes renewable energy and recycled rainwater. Hyundai E&C will also join the project to complete the Punggol Regional Sports Center. The Center will be a welfare space for the residents of Punggol, ranging from 1 basement floor to 6 floors above ground, and will also feature a sports center and outdoor stadium.
